Since entering the public adjusting industry in 2015, Rod has built and led high-performing teams, managed organizations of more than 50 professionals, and developed sales strategies and systems designed to drive sustainable growth. As an entrepreneur and business owner, he brings a hands-on understanding of leadership, operations, accountability, and team development. At Continental Adjusters, Rod leads sales strategy, team development, market expansion, and revenue growth. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong people and strong systems through coaching, discipline, accountability, and relentless follow-through.
