The insurer’s initial proposal was $5 million; Continental Adjusters settled the claim for $8.4 million.

Continental Adjusters was hired 10 months after the peril took place at the office park. The initial offer provided to the insured was $6.7 million.

Continental Adjusters was able to negotiate and reach a settlement of $11.5 million, granting the insured a 72% increase.

The insured contacted Continental after they incurred wind damage during Hurricane Laura on multiple shopping center locations.

Initially, the insured was offered only $40 million. Continental was able to represent the 362k sq.ft. property and reach a settlement of $64 million for an increase of 60%.
