With over a decade of leadership experience, Chas Kennedy serves as a regional vice president, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth. As a public adjuster, Chas specializes in guiding individuals and businesses through the complexities of insurance claims, providing expert advocacy and solutions.
Before joining Continental Adjusters, Chas co-founded and led two successful ventures in the behavioral health sector, including The River IOP and Lean In Recovery Center. These experiences honed his skills in building organizations from the ground up, developing high-performing teams, and creating lasting impact in the communities he served.
Outside of work, Chas is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, Isabelle and Charles. An avid golfer and travel enthusiast, he values exploring new destinations and staying active.
